Dafo Longjing
Longjing from the Dafo Mountain region of Xinchang, Zhejiang. The leaves are flat and slender with a deep jade tone; the liquor is bright and clear. Opens with a rich roasted-chestnut and tender-bean aroma, with a sustained chestnut character through the mid-to-late palate, a full and clean body, and a sweet, lingering finish.
Jasmine Snow Bud
Small-leaf green tea from Sichuan scented through five rounds with Hengxian jasmine from Guangxi. The leaves are tightly rolled and fine; the liquor is pale gold and clear. Opens with rich, refined jasmine; the mid-to-late palate reveals a delicate downy-bud aroma — floral and bud notes interweave with a clean, lingering finish.
Jin Jun Mei
A branch of Lapsang Souchong, made from buds of high-mountain Wuyi heirloom cultivars. The strands are tight and dense with prominent golden tips; the liquor is bright with a golden ring. Carries a rich floral-fruit aroma and dried-longan note, with a full body and a smooth, sweet finish.

Made from the Wuyi Mountain Huang Guanyin 105 cultivar. The strands are even, tight, and stout; the liquor is bright orange-red. Carries a rich floral-fruit aroma with a clear cassia-bark note, a full and sweet-finishing body, and the distinctive terroir character of Wuyi rock tea.
