Longjing from the Dafo Mountain region of Xinchang, Zhejiang. The leaves are flat and slender with a deep jade tone; the liquor is bright and clear. Opens with a rich roasted-chestnut and tender-bean aroma, with a sustained chestnut character through the mid-to-late palate, a full and clean body, and a sweet, lingering finish.

Small-leaf green tea from Sichuan scented through five rounds with Hengxian jasmine from Guangxi. The leaves are tightly rolled and fine; the liquor is pale gold and clear.
