Dafo Longjing
Longjing from the Dafo Mountain region of Xinchang, Zhejiang. The leaves are flat and slender with a deep jade tone; the liquor is bright and clear. Opens with a rich roasted-chestnut and tender-bean aroma, with a sustained chestnut character through the mid-to-late palate, a full and clean body, and a sweet, lingering finish.
Jasmine Snow Bud
Small-leaf green tea from Sichuan scented through five rounds with Hengxian jasmine from Guangxi. The leaves are tightly rolled and fine; the liquor is pale gold and clear. Opens with rich, refined jasmine; the mid-to-late palate reveals a delicate downy-bud aroma — floral and bud notes interweave with a clean, lingering finish.
Sun Moon Lake Black Tea
Made from Taiwan's small-and-medium-leaf Soft-Stem Oolong cultivar, processed in the Taiwanese black-tea tradition. The leaves are tightly twisted with prominent golden tips; the liquor is bright red and clear.
